lynne, i didn't really see what you're talking about, and it sounds like you think you're onto something with the strength/stretch thing, but a) great video! b) i wonder if it's exacerbated a bit by your fins being a bit flat. maybe see if a touch more twist at the ankle to get your soles more facing would send the water 'out' easier. like, maybe it's a bit of 'kick' from the water not compressing instead of being directed back & out. i don't think i expressed that really well - even if you don't think that's the problem, did what i said make sense? and c) there's a vid i think on cdf of forrest wilson's kick. dude, just don't even worry about yours! ;)
