Go to "donotcall.gov" and you can lock out most telemarketers. It's not immediate, supposedly goes 100% active in October of this year.

Who knows, it may work.:)
 
When can I have the donotspam.gov web site? Something tells me not to hold my breath. Hmmm, "Don't hold your breath...." sounds familiar.
