When is turn on my Wisdom 2 now, it goes through the boot up sequence and then says "Alt". I cannot get it to do anything else either standalone or under pressure. I would be greatly appreciative if anyone can offer insight even if it's just a contact number to Sherwood. I tried the contact us page on their site and got no response.

You have to take it to a dealer. If it less then 2 years old it should be under warranty.
 
It's no longer under warranty unfortunately. There's still been no contact from Sherwood still and we're pushing 3-4 weeks.

I think the Sherwood rep quit posting on this forum. Take it to your dealer. Sherwood may let them update you to a new one for a small fee, or send it in for repair. You can call Sherwood but they are most likely going to tell you to take it to your dealer.

Next month it will be a year since they last posted.
 
My NZ sherwood agent told me that there were issues with the 2 very much like as you describe. All sorted with the 3 though
