Isn't the PADI equipment specialty pretty much what the OP needs?

The PADI Equipment Specialty class teaches you to un-stink a wing?
I would think orally inflating with it when it's full of all sorts of things growing inside would be a good way to get a lung infection, which would be my concern, rather than how bad it might smell at 60'.
