Ah man, my 2 buddies and I are going in about 30 minutes! :D

But, for that weekend we might... i'll keep checking on the board for ya!

I was out there today! :p

So... many... people...

Yeah, weekends are usually aweful.

When we went on Friday afternoon and it was great (well for Texas).
Only about 4-5 divers

From 0-20' vis was about 3 ft.
But after that, it was ~ 15 ft visibility with a water temp of about 82 degrees at 70'

We were going to do 2 dives but the weather started getting ugly so we left...

Labor Day weekend is probably going to be a mess unfortunately :(

Edit: I saw a for sale sign on the billboard. I also heard it was under contract, but, the new owners would keep it a scuba park but add some extras to it, like a place to eat and such. Anyone heard anything about that?

I heard Paris Hilton will be filling our Scuba Tanks.

Has anyone done anything about those no boating buoys?

I bet and viz probably was measured in inches.

Sat was actually not too bad after 20ft or so (Only went down 40 and it was prob 15ft vis)

Sunday (today) was terrible... even below 20ft vis was only inches at best.

Actually, I heard it already sold and that the place was going private or somesuch.
Hope not, I like it :)

Sunday - Past 40 though, it opened up to about 15 ft of vis. This went down to just over 100 ft. Actually very good vis down there..

My next door neighbors are good friends with him and that's what he told them, that it would still be open to divers. But who knows how long it's been since they talked to him. Things could have changed.

Let's hope they're right

Edit: We're going diving out there again today hopefully :crafty:
