Will my Octo-Z free flow with this setup?

Hi,
I am getting a Zeagle Tech with Octo-Z alternate air and I will be using it with an Agualung legend. I was told that with this set up of the over balanced legend that the octo-Z would free flow or have high tendencies to free flow. Is this correct and I should not use this combo or should it not be a problem? any help would be great.
