Will be in PV Feb 24-March2 any dive ops that pick up?

Well we got a deal we just could not pass up so were off to one of our fav ports PV!
The bad news is we are staying at the Riu Vallarta and I think its a long ways from town. Is there any ops that leave from around the riu or will I have to take the early am cab ride into town if i want to dive.

Hi Randy,
the taxi unions in Puerto Vallarta are like the mob. They don't let the tour operators pick up their guests exept on rare occasions when it's groups dealing with major travel agencies.
We little guys need to ask our guests to grab a cab and come to us.
Our dive operation is at Marina Vallarta, which would be about a 15-minute drive from the Riu.
We'll be glad to have you come dive with us and to offer any info you might need.
