I had the air tested after purchase and the H20 content was not measurable
The application for extremely dry (frankly non breathable for scuba ) air again using your SA block design is illustrated with the RAF version of your SA for military use that produces a liquid air component using the Thomson Joule effect for an aptly named Air to Air missile project. The cooling effect of expanding a gas without requiring work energy or the transfer of heat energy at ordinary temperatures and pressures of pretty much any of the real gases (except hydrogen and helium) cool during their expansion. Although the phenomenon is well known and used in liquefying gas the application is classified but its pretty much your SA compressor
