Miami has excellent wrecks. However, most wreck diving in Miami is anchored and haul yourself up and down the line often in a current. I much prefer a hot drop and drifting in, and a drifting ascent. That is how the diving is done in West Palm area, so I go up there most often to dive.

In the Keys, it is all anchored diving as far as wrecks go. Conch republic does a reef drift dive from time to time. However, the Keys wrecks are great and I would not miss them if you are down here and are into wrecks.

at 30' on a bright sunny day, it's an awesome dive to video. It is also right by the dropoff with lots of interesting structure and soft corals. If you know what you're doing, it can be done as a shore dive. Some of the local dive operators go there too...
