Hi all,
I'm in a high maintenance mood today.
I'm diving off the Mr. C on Sunday and I know that it's not a luxury cruise liner but I wanted to get thoughts, opinions tips, etc. Stupid boat doesn't have a web site!!!
I know that food and air are extra and that I need to get there ridiculously early to get a bunk. I also know where it is, for the most part.
My big question is if there's ample inside space for the trips out and back and for SI's as I sunburn on night dives and get cold easy. And whatever else you think of.
I am bringing a cooler.
Like I said, high maintenance mood today and I'll learn more from the trip Sunday than anything else but what else have I got to do at work today? :11ztongue

Thanks!

Good Choice - As you know the boat is chartered by Pacific Wilderness. Unlike the usual shop boats this one was chartered byu the dive club. That measn that the usual suspects, open water classes, will be missing and your dive sites may be more challenging than "normal"....skip the isthmus.

As for creature comfort - get a bunk if you are prone to singing to Neptune. There are 2 tables topside (near the wheel house) that offer covered protection. Each table has a bench on either side. One facing fore and one aft. The benches can easily accomodate 2 folks per side but if you are real chummy maybe 3.

Enjoy the day - so far i have been unabvle to get a hall pass.

That's too bad, we'll miss you!

We'll say hi to the Garibaldi for you, though. Maybe if you're really good, Julia will bring you a candy cane. :)

Is there a map online for how to get to the Mr. C? Maybe Pacific Wilderness might want to include that as they continue to improve their website? Directions to the boats and various dive sites would be a great idea if you want to pass it along.

Not really.

Been on that boat once., Wouldn't go on it again. Didn't like it
