I'm arriving in Bali again next Tuesday and have arranged some of my trip with Absolute Scuba in Padang Bai (who I have dived with before). Communication was fine, but I sent them an email about something on Sunday, followed up first thing this morning and still have not heard anything back. I sent them a whatsapp a couple of hours ago, which is unread. Does anyone in Padang Bai know if there is an issue going on with them I should be concerned about? I need their answer to sort something else out which is time sensitive and it is getting a bit frustrating.

Thanks, I finally got a reply to a grumpy email yesterday. The managers went away on Monday and the guy running the office in their absence seems to have dropped the ball a little bit. Apparently he does not actually have access to the Whatsapp, but someone else in the office does.
How was the diving?
