Natural Springs in New Paris was a balmy 61 degrees :D The weather wasn't too hateful on Saturday, we actually did see some sun and the surface temp in the 60's was nice. Got some rain at the end of the day but hey, you're there to get wet aren't you? Sunday the 45 degree air temp had my advanced students in heavy coats, gloves and hats begging to hit the water before they froze to death. The rain cleared up about the time we hit the water but the wind never did quit. At the end of the diving day the sun was bright and somewhat warm--go figure! They did 3 dives on Saturday and 2 dives on Sunday with one group staying for a 3rd dive Sunday. I got one dive in on Sunday and the drysuit leaked like a sieve (gotta get a new neck seal) plus it seemed to be slowly inflating--GRRRR! I would have been happier diving naked in a 7mm hood. Saw lots of largemouth bass tending their nests, one of which was on a computer monitor. The students saw a variety of fish including a freshwater drum that was nearly 2 feet long, a white crappie, a black crappie, lots of bluegill and a smallmouth bass.

I would have been happier also seeing you diving Naked. :eyebrow:
You should have seen how quick a couple of those college students found their hoods when I grumbled that to my dive buddy :D I was so ticked at that dry suit I'd have done it if I'd been planning on doing a second dive that day.

Ber...you've got to get that seal replaced. The more you talk about it, the more I think that you more than likely have the wrong seal on that suit. I think you'll be loads happier with it, and you can finally stop worrying about being dry and start working on the other issues you've got with the suit.

Wet diving ain't so bad if you know you're going to get wet :D

Cool shots.
I normally don't get to see underwater shots of me. These would be the first ones with my new fins on too.
