Hello, I'm an underwater photographer living in Portland, Oregon, and would like to meet up with someone or a group to dive at Keystone this fall. I prefer to be with folks who know how to time the slack tide.
AnacortesDiving has a Keystone Dive Club that goes out there regularly.

It's a *long* haul from Portland for a ~40min dive.
