I'll second or third the Fujikawa Maru in the Truk Lagoon. Some of the superstructure might actually break the surface, unless I'm confusing it with a different wreck? But my dives were ~100'. Lots of life. These were taken on a night dive on the wreck:

The Betty Bomber is unique, also in the Truk Lagoon, in about 60' of water:

Those are some of my early photographic efforts, all taken with my trusty NikonosV (yes, it's been a while).

SS President Coolidge. Vanuatu
18 - 60 m depth ( 60 - 200 ft)
The boat is 199m (650 ft) in length.

It's a shore dive, and offers a bit of everything from simple to advanced penetration.
It does however require deep air for the really cool stuff.

Can't believe no one has mentioned the Yongala yet.
109 m long in 25 m depth.
My favorite dive of any type in the world...off Alva Beach in Queensland, Australia

I would love to dive the USS Monitor, but getting the chance is near absolute zero. It would be awesome to see 1 of the 2 very first iron maidens of American history.

USS Monitor
16 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina
235' depth

The wrecks I have been on are:

Texas Clipper
South Padre Island, TX
Depth: 60'-130'

Hilma Hooker
Bonaire
Depth: 95' max

Thistlegorm in Egypt, 100fsw
Um-el-Faroud, about 100fsw, Malta
HMS Maori, 50fsw, Malta

I haven't been to there yet, but it is in my wish list
Milford Haven, starting 130fsw down to 240fsw

I'll have to say DS Frankenwald in Sognefjorden in Norway. Depth 25-45m
A German cargoship of 125 meters. Hit some reefs in 1940 while misnavigating at night without lights.
You can read about it here - DS Frankenvald
I can also recommend having a read about the other wrecks.
Gulen Dive Resort caters especially to techdivers. (However recdivers are also most welcome )
Spectacular diving.
