I would try on a few BCD and see if you could use them in a pool otherwise use your body measurement and see which one from the manufacture sizing charts matches you the best. Aqua Lung was the first to make a women's BCD and oceanic let you return the BCD within 30 day if you don't like it. But it depends on the dealers return policy if you get cash or Store credit even though the dealer is out nothing.
