i did not screw up... nobody told me the next dude was going to be going on vacation
or nothing... i just UPS'd the thing ground
had i been TOLD of the coming vacation, i could have easily done it overnight or
whatever... so...

Well I just can't pass this up.
As a duely appointed Barrister and scuba board staff member one would assume that DUE DILIGENCE would have been use to ensure your client AKA Moonie arrived promptly at his desitnation. He maybe in the mood to bring this matter to the BAR and seek restitution for missing his trip to Bonaire. I personely feel had this been a PRO BONO case there would have been no problem. IMO tripile damages would not be out of line due to the gross negligence of his Barrister. Futher more I would like to point out that this should not reflect badly on the Florida Conch's as Moonie enjoy his vist with us in Jupiter. I for one will testify on Moonies behalf should this matter go futher.
