I'm a Fish!
...if you had a HGTV wife, an equestrian daughter ( 17 ) who dreams of riding on the beach at sunset, a diver son ( 15 ) whose also into surfing, & a deepsea dad who has been obssessed with the deeps since man made the foolhardy move from ocean to land?

I'm thinking Curacao. Or maybe the yucatan ( must have HEALTHY horses! ).

Whaddya think? Any suggestions appreciated.

Regards,
DSD

I would think Hawaii would be a great answer to all three. On the Big Island there is plenty of ranch for the horse rider, plenty of flowers and landscaped resorts for the HGTV gal (my wife's one too), great diving as in the Manta Ray night dive or snorkel for you and your son.
Next to "Point of Refuge" there is a snorkel/scuba area that the dolphins have been hanging out at, we snorkeled with 21 dolhins for over an hour and they were within touching distance, it was awesome.
The night dive is a must do as well, we had 13 Mantas up close, bumping you for an hour, some with a 12 foot wingspan.
Don't forget there is also the live volcano.
