Palau. Short Drop Off, which is less than 10 minutes from Neco Marine. A deep water trap is set the night before, with a spread-eagle, plucked chicken for bait, which attracts the Ns. The trap is pulled up next morning, and with the divers in the water, the Ns are released to drift back down to depth. I have always wondered about the effects on the Ns...Cool critters, but a pretty weird way to see them I reckon.
