Consider Pennisula Diving Center as they are pretty close to you, and they have a pool on site for training.

I have visited them, and I have sent a friend who bought gear from them, but I don't know how good (or bad) their instructors are. The owner was a very cool guy to chat with.
I have bought gear at Wallins. Wallins and the now defunct Splash Aquatics were owned by the same people at one time. One of my good friends here at work thinks very highly of Wallins. They have been good when I have visited their shop, but I don't know the quality of their instructors. I believe that they also have a pool on site.
