3/8-24 is a standard threading used on flare fittings. It is often possible to use these flare fittings as a basis for custom adaptors. You can sometimes find these in SS but it will be a whole lot easier to use brass since you can go down to the local hardware store and browse to find something that matches your parts, or can be made to do so.
This size is also available in brass scuba regulator port plugs and port adaptors. These are usually chrome plated brass so they look nice and shiny but are easier to modify than SS.
The 10/32 end is a bit harder since it is rarely used for pressure fittings except hard to find medical stuff.
Since your pressure demands are so modest, you could do away with the O-ring seals and just used a good thread sealant to make the seal (I like the Loctite anaerobic teflon sealants, they are just about foolproof).
