Where to dive in Central FL

I'm flying down this Thursday, March 23 for a long weekend and would like to dive someplace new. I've been to Devil's Den, Paradise Springs, Blue Grotto, and Ginny Springs. I'll be staying at The Villages which is just south of Ocala. Could someone suggest somplace new where I could buddy up?

I'll be bringing all my gear except tanks and weights. Thanks!

gee I live in the villages, call jim at underwater adventures in Leesburg. Jupiter is 3hours away if you want a boat dive,

I work in the Villages, but live in Leesburg. Jim from underwater adventures (352) 787-0760 will be doing advance class this weekend (I'm in the class or would be happy to buddy up). Crystal river is about an hour drive and there is some decent diving to be had for little money($50), a great place to see manatee up close and personal while also getting in a cavern dive.

Madaline, I think I met you at Underwater Adventures, you told me about a shark dive in Jupiter but I haven't found the charter online. Do you have a phone number on them??

I don't know about how to snag a buddy, but I enjoyed Manatee springs in Chiefland.

How's PA? - I grew up in Ridley Township.

Alexander Springs isn't too far from the Villages, maybe an hour or so, $5 to dive there. 25' max depth, multiple vents in the boil area. If you like to solo, no buddy is required. You would need to rent tanks and weights somewhere and bring them with you.

Madeline, I'm up to going to Ginny Springs. I've never been to Alexander Springs before and that seems pretty close to the Villages. I'm flying in today (Mar 23) so we could hook up tomorrow or anytime except Saturday. Let me know how we can get together.
