I am taking a cruise from Tampa to Panama with stops in Puerto Limon Costa Rica and Colon Panama. I will be leaving on November 19 so I am looking for so quick answers so I will have enough time to book some dives. Has anyone been diving on the Caribbean side of these countrys and close to the towns that I will be docking in? If so please give me some info about the diving there or should I just pass it up ?

I am planning to dive in Roatan and Cozumel, but if the diving is good at in Panama and or Costa Rica then I would hate to miss it.
