first dive 32 min 31 feet i did get lost somehow🤣 so i decided to head up deployed dsmb was not far from shore buy way far from my exit point.

I did swim in full gear at the surface including the poney to practice the 200 meter swim for the solo course. Honestly i was kind of exaust !

Second dive 44 min 30 feet. Practice a lot of drills. At one point there was 9 diver in the same area of me i think they where doing OW, i didn't bother them and they didn't either.

One day of diving next week before my solo class on august 2. All the on-line portion in done including the final exam 98%.

Brockvillle Ontario

last day of diving before sdi solo class next week.

first dive i shoot dsmb at 30 feet. i ascend 3 time without a mask to practice this skill. After at same depth went 2 time around training platform it s about 20xby20,ish. Drill went well

Practice 3 time on and off with the poney went well also.

I review my gear placement for next week should be ok.

Second dive i just enjoy it no drills i did natural navigation. I meet another solo diver doing sidemounts he scare me at first when he appear from no wear and i was looking down. 🤣

So next week i need to show the instructor did my practice and training during the last fews weeks paid off.

Brockville Ontario.

Be safe

Ha ha ha ha ha thing about the solo course is I can't reassure you by suggesting you
pretend you are diving solo, because you are not diving solo, so I won't say anything

It's scary when something you're not ready for swims into your vision, ha ha ha ha ha

Given your attitude I am confident of you doing really well even on enthusiasm alone

The day was gorgeous for my SDI Solo diving course...i did succed !

Water was 75 F
Outside air temp 100 F !!!
Meet Jill Heinerth on the dive site while entering Very nice lady ! (watch her video and read book)

I was a bit nervous just before going in didnt know what to expect 🫣. I tought about the last two months that i practice over and over.

The instructor was really nice, knowledgeable. He took time to answer my questions i didn't feel any pressure from him to perform the different exercises. He always give good feedback.

We did two dive. First dive was to see me moving around check trim and buoyancy. Instructor check my gear configuration and we did minor adjustments on the way to be more streamlined. We performed also different compass skills.

Second dive was show time i had to demonstrate usual skills all went really well.

I did learn a lot of things that i will put in practice for the next dive. I will also do minor adjustments to my poney.

Overall it was a great experience. The instructor told me i was quiet focus and calm down there and to continue that way.

I am really happy.

Next day of diving next friday!

Be safe !
