So, everyone knows that cheap Chinese staff might differ significantly from those made by famous brands... But I have serious questions about usage of this wing BCD. Where do they say people should connect this hose?

I'd say it looks more like an attempt to save on staff - the seller outsourced filing descriptions at Amazon to a cheap contractor who knows no English but knows how to use an automated translator. But a 81-inch colorectal hose is definitely a translation pearl to remember.
