Also, I am really good at getting in the longest line possible at the grocery store. You know, where the person in front of you wants to write a check and forgets their pen and has six children who are all throwing candy bars into the cart...:banging:

Is that the same line where they have to do a price check because it isn't ringing up on sale and you have only item to buy and are on a huge time crunch?

I can walk down the street and have animals walk up to me- cats meowing, dogs wagging their tails. In the US and also in Europe. Walked down a little street in Spain and had 3 cats leave their perches on their door stoop to come over and meow at me. In Rome (where they are supposedly descendants of Caesar's cats in the ruins), I had all these cats waking up and coming over to me.
In the woods, if I am quiet and sit down, I have squirrels and chipmunks and birds come up to me.

And, when scuba diving, I have sea turtles swim next me a lot.

Yes and it's usually something embarrassing like tampons or a box of condoms.

"HEY BOB! PRICE CHECK ON TROJANS"

And then they have the nerve to ask, "Would you like help out with that sir?"

"No, thanks. I think I can handle this one!"

Oh my goodness - how did I miss this!

I can roll my tongue too.....see! Okay - you can't see but I did it.

I can sit cross legged but with my feet on the tops of my thighs and walk around a room on my knees!

I can also dislocate my leg from my hip! Can be quite useful I guess!

And my greatest talent is being able to shop when I have no money and find everything I want, and then going back shopping when I have money and not being able to find anything I want....so I have to buy stuff for the sake of it!

Hidden talents? hmmm, this is thread has been pretty cool reading through, so I figured what the heck I'd throw mine out there.

I've probably been recently in the past year or two mostly interested in remodelling the insides of older houses.. not just painting and possibly wallpapering (which I hate doing wallpaper), but repairing walls, plumbing the whole shot or at least what I can do by myself.... I also love to cook, but hate to cook just for myself and have in the past worked as a cook and bartender.. that was fun.

I've always been a bit of a tomboy growing up and I guess in some cases it shows, but this is what I enjoy doing.. soon diving will become one of my many passions and I look forward to doing it more as time goes on.

Ok, here we go:
I can SEW. Now, while this may not seem like the most incredible feat in the world, couple this with the fact that I'm a GUY, and it tends to open a few eyes wide.

I'm one of those "good with animals" kina guys. I went to a frends place the other day, and all the cats (4 of them), the dogs (3) came out of hiding and gathered/crawled all around/over me.

and I seem to have this knack for scaring the living daylights out of people without trying. (really quiet on my feet. they have NO idea I'm standing right behing/next to them)

I have a tendency to learn new skills from friends...then do them better than those friends. (has created at lest one complex in the past)

lets see, any more? Can role my tongue. Can tie a cherry stem in a knot with tongue. Can touch nose AND chin with tongue (not at same time).


Oh, and I'm crappy with spelling when I'm trying not to be
