I got a couple free issues from a British friend of mine a few months ago, and as they are still advertising on "Diver" I suppose they are still on the market.

The magazine is still published quarterly!!! They had there own stand at the London Dive Show!

but then why haven't they updated the website? I thought they updated it every time a new issue came out...
That's bad business on their part because I was going to subscribe but decided not to because I thought they stopped publishing.
