If you're doing a full rebuild, first empty the tank. If you're just replacing the stem, it isn't necessary to drain the tank. Most valves are very similar-have a look at this page at NESS you should be able to find the parts you need. Valve Repair Parts - Northeast Scuba Supply

While you are at it it needs a new Burst disk put in. It needs to be changed to one with multiple holes.

Well, somebody (not from SB) gave me an answer.

Marc, that is an old Voit Jvalve that was converted to K parts are not available for this bud it is from the early 70's""
