Great choice. Mer gets rave reviews for her classes.

Well, I thought I would update that I did take the class with Mer in Raleigh and passed with a rec pass. I was shooting for the rec pass as I was diving wet in a single. I do have to say that Mer is a great instructor and very enthusiastic. The class itself was not as hard as I thought it would be going into it. Part of that was probably due to the fact that I did the split weekend class and had 5 days to rest / recover. I didn't do a ton of studying as the academics came fairly easy to me as well, but I did take lots of notes which helped. I also believe that the class went easier / faster due to the fact that our 3rd teammate ended up dropping out of the class. I also came out of the class with a pretty clear picture of what my strengths and weaknesses are and what I need to work on.

All in all, I am glad I took the class in raleigh so thanks for those who made that reccomendation.
