What to wear under a wet suit

i wear a skin, which makes putting the wetsuit on and taking it off a lot easier

under the skin, i just wear a bathing suit
 
Depends on what kind of wetsuit you are wearing - if its the type with a nylon inner surface, then a lycra skin or bathing suit, but if you are wearing something like the gold-core or other "skin in" suits (bare neoprene sometimes) they are designed to work best with as much contact with your skin as possible - so a basic swim suit works well. A lycra suit inside of that style wetsuit would defeat the purpose of the "gold-core" type lining which is to prevent water exchange by sticking to your skin and sealing against water entry.

That said I wear both types depending on weather with a pair of nylon trunks that dry quickly underneath.

I do too. I also agree with it makes it easy to put on and off your wetsuit. Plus I do not look as good as CBULLA in a speedo, QUITE SCARY IN FACT :crafty:
