What time of year for Whaleshark snorkel trips?

I can go to Cancun on business the first week of December.

Is This a good time to schedule a snorkel trip - or should it be a different time of the year.

Man, I gotta figure out a way to get my company to send me to Cancun....

thats it dan, june to sept are the guarenteed months only, its a summer thing.
