I Found This Pic On Line .. I Did Not Take This Little Guy Out Of The Water.
But What The Heck Is It ?

It's clearly a young sea monster. Probably of the giant ship-eating variety.
In other words... not a clue. Where did you find it?

It's a squidgy fishy thing if ever I saw one. Either that, or it's the love child of a shark and a platypus.

It looks like a kind of chimaera (primitive relative of sharks); maybe longnose chimaera or Pacific spookfish?

Neil is correct. It is a Longnose Chimaera.

Its definitely a species of longnose chimaera (that is a family, the rhinochimaeridae, not a specific species) but I don't know which one.
