Here is a "Cut & Paste" from another thread in this forum which asked a similar question:
"A couple years ago, I spent a week on the Turks and Caicos Explorer. It was a great trip, and I can not say enough wonderful things about the crew. I made the "rookie mistake" of buying a new BCD and not diving with it before the trip. Of course, it failed as soon as the LP Inflator was hooked up. The captain went out of his way to fix my BCD to ensure that I had a great trip. (Ultimately, he "cannibalized" a LPI from another BCD to mount on mine for the rest of the week.) The boat it certainly not the "Royal Suite at the Monaco Casino", but within a few hours, it will feel like "home" and the main salon will feel like your rec room. The food was both plentiful and very good and the diving was amazing.
This week was very "sharky". We saw sharks every day, and on some days we saw them every dive. Most of the sharks were either Caribbean Reef Sharks or Nurse Sharks. If you are looking for Bulls, Tigers, Oceanic White Tips or similar, then this may not be the right trip for you, but if you want to see a lot of sharks along with a selection of breathtaking walls, then it is certainly worth looking in to.
I highly recommend the Turks and Caicos Explorer."
Having said that, I also Highly recommend the Aquacat based out of Nassau Bahamas. (I have been on the Aquacat 4 times and I am booked on my 5th trip.) Many of the comments that I stated with respect to the Turks & Caicos Explorer also apply to the Aquacat.
I honestly think that if either of these boats have an opening for the week you need that you would have a lot of fun and some great diving. (And isn't that what it all boils down to?) Act quickly though because every day you delay in making your final decision is one more day for someone else to book that spot.
