Soggy:
It kinda looks like a skate to me. I'd recommend not molesting it next time you see one, though.

The first pic looks like it might be a Torpedo Ray. I would need to see the whole thing to be sure. I am not an expert of course but the Torpedo Ray is generally larger than a Skate and has a unique tail with extra fins. The Torpedo Ray can emit a 220V shock and they are sometimes aggressive. I used to wave my hand past Skate's to see them move. The first time I came upon a TR it looked a little different and I decided not to touch it remembering some stories of a DM who got zapped so hard he thought his computer was toasted.

I don't know but whoever's holding it needs a good SLAP!

I'd go with Torpedo Ray but hard to tell from the angle (tail). (S) He's a little bit of a fish maybe about 9V, but please look don't touch. Oh yeah and for goodness sake get the Secondary out of the sand. OK one more item on the ballot, stick with Lobster, star fish are a bit tough, but I hear they taste like chicken.

It's not a Torpedo Ray. It's a Skate. The 2 appendages next to the tail actually have some nasty scissor like barbs in them. Depensive weapons if you really piss one off.

But dead Skates do make a nice snack for lobsters. I worked in the business for a bit.
The Torpedo Ray is more Grey though.
