Cupcake...that's not what I meant. You have to come...just don't bring any cupcakes so you can't hit me with any! :)

I resolve NEVER to mention a certain SCUBA training method on ScubaBoard again!

Therefore I don't make resolutions because I know I won't keep them.

If you set your goals low enough you can always achieve them....

I resolve to meet as many of you folks as possible :)

Now where's the fun in that? :D

lose 20 lbs before my dive trip to Cosumel on March 23.

Aw, what the heck. The water will probably be so warm that I won't even have to squeeze into my wet suit.

Party on! Happy New Year!

Hey, Mona! I didn't know you were the resident dental expert! So maybe you can give me the real deal...how often do we REALLY need to floss? I just always wake up late and that's the one thing that I end up skipping...I use Listerine every morning after brushing though...does that make up for it at all?

Listerine, huh? It works only if you drink it! (DISCLAIMER: ONLY KIDDING!!!!:eek:ut: ) For a professional answer ... one time a day is sufficient. Morning is usually not the best time for most people just for the reason you gave me. Flossing usually works best at night ... or floss the top sometime during the day and the bottoms at night. Whatever works for you as long as you get that plaque out of there once within a 24 hr period. This is a general rule for most people without periodontal disease, in which extra care applies. Your Listerine in the morning certainly isn't going to hurt anything. Too much info? :snooze:

Maybe I can talk you guys/gals into riding your sheep up this way a little closer and we can meet..how many sets of doubles can you load onto a sheep anyway?

You know I don't like sheep ... they scare me! Chad Dumplin', tell him. Have you EVER seen ANY sheep at the quarry? :bonk: Unless, O Ring likes them and is coming out of the closet? Hey, O Ring, don't pretend you've never been to KY, especially Carlisle. Sure, we could meet, bring plenty of O rings with you. :mean: Now, there you and Chad have gotten me in the middle of your thread hijacking routine ... I've seen how you do it on other forums.

My other nickname is MON and I prefer it (hint) :eek:ut:
