What is the name of these fish (see picture)?

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me what the fishes on this picture are called?

I did my PADI rescue diver course some 2,5 years ago in the Phillippines.
My certification card (see url of picture below) shows two fishes, apparently typically Asian as some people later told me.
What I don't know...is their name!

Those would be Kaudern's Cardinal, also known as the Banggai Cardinalfish or Longfin Cardinalfish (Pterapogon kauderni)

Those would be Kaudern's Cardinal, also known as the Banggai Cardinalfish or Longfin Cardinalfish (Pterapogon kauderni)

The one on the left, I don't know but the one on the right is definitely Charlie.
