What is the diving like in and around Boise?

I grew up in Seattle, WA and learned how to dive here in the Pacific Northwest. I am relocating for work purposed for a few years and I'm curious as to the quality of diving in and around Boise. I know there are lots of lakes but I've never dove in a lake before.

1. How's the viz?
2. Are there any wrecks?
3. What is the average temp. of the lakes?
4. Will a tropical water wetsuit cut it?
