I think annual cost is hard to specify – the only fixed expenses are sensors and factory service (for units that require it). Depreciation is another factor you might want to consider.

Depends on how much diving that you going to do, and what type of diving that you do. Oxygen cells are replaced yearly. Sorb, cells, O rings are probably going to break couple. So i would say around 500 dollars a year.
