I have the opportunity to purchase a set of XS Scuba HP100 doubles with Thermo manifold installed and bands, the seller wants $600 at the moment. Thoughts on my next move?

5-600 was the going rate in the Midwest for years, in recent times, they've gotten more expensive. It also depends on where they are in the hydro cycle - cylinders needing retest are cheaper than those with 4 years left on them.

Are the in hydro/vis? The XS Scuba cylinders are made by worthington. $600 seems to be a fair price for this. Especially if they’re in hydro and vis. Here in so cal I see them consistently in that price range and they move quick.
