New to diving here and unless, I forgot to turn on an english filter or something, most of that made no sense . EPIRB?? SS bling reel?? and I am assuming you truly mean a dog that stays on the boat to guard it or sumthin' (yes, I'm a little slow sometimes). One more time for the newbies please
