Thanks for the responses. I still have not heard back from Zegle. I called him Monday, I Facebook messaged them yesterday and I called today. I have not been able to get in touch with anybody so I don't know if they even have anybody checking the messages.
 
Well I have texted, emailed, and called. It has been a week and I have not heard back. So much a warranty if they won't answer your call. I am going to try some more this week.

Maybe too late but, if your telling them what you want they may be blowing you off. Try just asking for contact.
 
You may be in for a rough ride. Took quite a while to get in touch with Huish, then waited about 2 months for them to get to my BCD sent in for warranty. Now not having a paper receipt from when I purchased it (years ago) they are saying I can pay for the repair or can have it back. Seems like Zeagle warranty of old is no longer.
