And at least 50 percent will be newly certified divers or people doing intro courses. At least with Seabees, they operate their own boat (Excalibur 2) and a nice boat it is (probably maxes out at 40-45 divers).
I am not bothered by newly certified divers anymore unless it is some very egregious behavior. We were all at their stage when we started out too!

Beginner or inexperienced divers tend to be very quiet and reserve. I have no problem diving with them. The worst is those who likes to show off eg equipment especially computer! LOL.
I met one recently in Koh Lanta and he was busy showing off from his mobile to others about places that he had been!! Trouble with this character was the loud voice of his that there was no escape from it within the sitting area. Luckily, the operator has other boat so I moved or has he moved!
