you know what can stop the killing, a global media company or nat geo/discovery showing how 'uncool' it is to eat fins....(not those killing whales videos,... something like in a resto, he takes a sip and he's left all alone in the spotlight..as everyone stands up and leaves..... must hit his core values, his lifestyle)

think fur fashion in the 80s vs today.... would you wear fur nowadays?

This is 100% discusting. We dove with whale sharks in the GA Aquarium. They are awesome creatures; and the term gentle giants suites them perfectly.

So they had instruments powerful enough to cut fins and tail; but not strong enough to cut the net? If it's the cost of the net, I'd gladly buy them a new one to prevent them from butchering this poor animal. Just yuck!
