When you’re buying your wetsuit it should fit just right, not loose and with just the right amount of tension so it’s not uncomfortable to don, zip up and breathe.

For me, I had no trouble with the sizing on the torso - zips up fine and easy to breathe. It's the arms and legs that are tight, mainly were it starts to taper off at the wrist and ankle. I was told by the manufacturer that that's normal and the wetsuit should expand over time and will also be more loose when wet. Of course, how would you, as a new wetsuit buyer, know to expect this? And for trying it on, even at a LDS, it's don while the wetsuit is dry, which usually means a struggle to get on.
