Wetsuit repair question

I recently bought a Pinnacle Elastiprene 3mm wetsuit & have only used it a handful of times, all in fresh water. My outside seam tape on top of the lower neck seam has come completely unglued but is still attached at both ends. I'm pretty disappointed in this, as I really love this suit & a suit of this quality should not do this, especially with so few uses. Is there some type of product that I can buy to re-attach this tape piece? (Tape glue?) The seam itself is still stitched & in perfect shape, it's just the tape that goes over the seam that's come apart from the suit.
