You can always pull the legs and arms of the diveskin up a bit so it doesn't interfere with the interior cuffs of your wetsuit.
The reality to diving a wetsuit is that you will get wet and if your cold water tolerance is not super high, then you will be cold too.
After diving a 5.5mm wetsuit with 5.5mm shorty on top, and a 2mm vest under it, I found that I was still not achieving the comfort level I desired for the dives I was doing and overall the layers were bulky and uncomfortable feeling on the surface for the little gain they provided in the water. I switched to a drysuit and gained comfort, warmth, and mobility.
I also have a semi-dry (Waterproof Combat SD). It has internal cuffs on the wrists and ankles that are folded in, and neoprene neck seal that is also folded in so the slicker side of the neoprene skin is against my skin. It works so well that I can't dive it with ankles folded cuffs folded under otherwise I can't the little bit of air trapped in the suit and descend.
