Ok so after reading these replies and trying on a few wetsuits at a local shop today i think i would like to go with this as recommended.
Men's Cold Water Wetsuit Package
My questions however is, i tried on a henderson thermoprene 7mm jump in large, do you think that the neosport sizing will be similar since it it made by henderson? Again thanks everyone for all your help.

Nice, you found your size at the local shops and now your going to order on line.

I have one of those NeoSport 5mm fullsuits and I like it.

Maybe if the LDS would try to match (or come close to) the online price, the OP could afford to buy from them. In today's economy, many of us simply cannot afford to pay an LDs's inflated prices just to help them keep their profits up.

Plus, most LDS offer a rather limited selection, so to get what you want you usually have to shop online.

I would be willing to and rather buy from a local shop however the ones i went to only had jump suits not a farmer john and the price was more then twice as much, so im buying from an online source with a shop in NYC so if i have sizing issues i can go to the shop. I agree with supporting a local shop but there is no way i can afford their products, as far as a wet suit goes

I bought that package last year and found it warm to ~ 46F - 48F. Did a dive at ~43F and found it chilly.

Overall a great deal for the price.

I don't have any money invested in a shop but I would like to see them at the very least given the chance for a sale. Maybe they would price match maybe not. New divers don't realize the shop is the gateway to local diving. At some point I will have to drive hours to get my many sets of tanks filled and that does not excite me.

I understand that. It was a general statement not directed toward the op.
