It's easy to describe: BORING! Depending on where you are you can add cold to it.

Good news, bad news.

Good news, it is much harder to burn yourself welding underwater.

Bad news, it is MUCH easier to electrocute yourself welding underwater.

More bad news, you are always making bubbles of H2 and O2 so there is always a risk of explosion.
