She is a young lady at this point but still unattached (they mate for life I'm told.)

The juvenile Wolfeels are stunning. The are a brilliant redish gold with black spots. I haven't seen one since getting my camera but when I do...

If she were a he then we could call him Sanders or the Colonel 'cause he's finger lickin' good.

OK OK... I confess. Wendy is actually a hand puppet and OE2X is under that pile of rocks making *her* jump out at the crab. The crab however is real.

BTW - I like the depth of field in that shot. You're clearly on your belly (or else doing a reverse hail mary shot) and I like that it looks like what diving really looks like.

Was the keylight your HID, or did your little flash do that?

Although I've been taking the last year off from shooting UW (soon to get my D70 rig for my Belize trip in July) one of the things I tried to capture in my shots is what diving really looks like - not so much with the gin clear water, hot model in a dive goddess skin, big coral, obliging fish, etc... Our West Coast diving is often dirty, dark, lots of monochromatic creatures, a very active bottom life, etc.

Anyway - I like the pic. In captures the moment well and it looks like what our diving looks like. Actually, I really like the pic.

Actually that was another photographers flash that went off at the same exact time. Figure the odds!

And there is something wrong with this? :D
