It's been repeated quite a lot on this forum, but Shearwater really does have amazing customer service. I haven't even shipped my Teric back to them yet (I was going to do that tomorrow), but they've already shipped me a replacement. I can only imagine how fast this process would have been if I hadn't left my Teric behind for two weeks when I went back home to Toronto for the holidays. A really excellent showing from one of my new favourite companies
