Weights for Black Diamond

Picked up a used Black Diamond and was wondering if any particular weights were needed or recommended. Thanks in advance.

I use standard belt weights. They fit fine in the pockets. The rear pockets seem too loose for small weights so I would use only with larger weights if you need a great deal of weight.

Yeah I just use standard belt weights as well.

I used standard weights or soft weights. no problem with either.
